It is a fine day this morning and hopefully it will be a beautiful weather for the rest of the week. Yesterday was raining cats and dogs and I kinda feeling ill from yesterday. It was raining from morning till the time I got back home in the evening. It was bad for me coz it was raining when I went out in the morning and still raining in the afternoon when I have to travel a lot yesterday yet still raining even when I got back home. But eventually, the rain stopped as soon as I arrived home. I was soaking wet and when I looked out the window, the rain has stopped and there was not even a drop of water falling from the sky. It was my luck I guess.
I haven’t had anything to eat yesterday and waited to have dinner with someone as usual. That is kinda routine for me. I am thinking to go on diet/ serious diet but I don’t really know how to be serious about it. I haven’t been on a serious diet for nearly 10 years now. I am a big fat arnabputih. Before, I could eat as much as I like until one day I don’t feel like eating anymore. But since I arrived in Japan, I kinda ate like a pig. Japan is like heaven of food for me. So I ate and I ate and still could not stop eating. I felt bad about my body coz all of my clothes aren’t fit anymore and I have to buy new clothes which is not a very good time for me to do at this time of year. I hope that in the next 3 months, I will lose about 5 kilos and my target is to lose 10 kilos which I don’t really know whether it is going to work or not. I have been thinking about loosing my weight for over a year now but instead I am gaining my weight. That’s bad!
I don’t know what else to say here coz I am feeling cold. I supposed to go to class but by looking at someone sleeping soundly/noisily(hihi), I kinda feel lazy to go and was planning to go to bed again eventhough I aleady took my morning shower. That’s right! This week is a lazy week for me. I’ll end here for this post and will continue in a bit.
